China Airlines allows Premium Business class passengers to carry 2 hand bags (<7 kg each) without paying any baggage fees. The complimentary Checked Baggage Allowance limit is 2 bags (<32 kg each) for Premium Business, 2 bags (<28 each) for Premium Economy, and 2 bags (<23 kg each) for Economy class.
